central location helpfull staff
this hotels location is central. i found it super close to the park and subway. my room was spacious and clean. the light was awesome to, it really was a super stay. plus the staff was helpfull.
the elevator made some noise, thats it really.

central park bathroom light big rooms midtown parking
i liked the hotels fab location near central park and times square. the automatic bathroom light was a neat touch, and it was so useful. i also found big rooms and updated design was a plus for me. the cheapest midtown parking was a unexpected bonus.

the beautiful king studio plus had great amenities and daily service. the room features nespresso capsules and replenished water bottles. the space was super clean, with fresh towels provided regularly , it being so nice.

i found the location very convenient. i could easily walk to central park and fifth avenue. the staff was always friendly and helpful. the restaurant next door offered a breakfast discount for hotel guests.
the gym was a bit small, with limited equipment for a full workout.

Excellent Stay Near Central Park
ideal location warm welcome friendly staff
I found the location amazing with attractions quite near. The subway was just outside the hotel. Another line was within short walking distance. I had a wonderful welcome, when I entered the hotel initially and every time I moved in or out. All the staff I met, was both friendly and courteous.
The elevator was not working properly. I did have to wait sometimes up to 15 minutes for the elevator. There were no food options upon arrival late in the room. There was no room service or additional assistance.

Several restaurants nearby provided convenient breakfast and lunch options. The hotel has a restaurant on site, but I did not use this service. Restaurants exist that give a discount staying at this hotel.

The staff consistently offered assistance. I found them very polite. The doorman gave helpful suggestions, recommending that I check if our room was ready. The front desk found us an available room, and they accommodated our late checkout request.

The gym includes a Peloton bike, so I was happy. The hotel has an exercise facility, which I found quite comfortable. A subway station is situated right outside, and Rockefeller Center is a short walk.

The hotel location made getting around rather convenient, I must say. The hotel is in close proximity to Central Park and many restaurants. Times Square, Central Park, museums, and shops are easily accessible from this location.

clean room quiet room central location train access
the room was very clean and fairly quiet. i was charmed by the spaciousness, especially for a central location. i appreciated the proximity to central park. the convenient f train access next to the building was a real plus.
The hotel rep pressured me a bit about attending a timeshare presentation. It was slightly annoying

amazing stay!
superb location helpful staff early check-in
the location was seriously superb! i could walk to everything i wanted to see. the door staff were amazingly helpful, always ready with a smile and directions. i even got to check in early, 3 hours early in fact, a huge lifesaver after my long flight!
the parking was a bit tough to navigate, but they took great care of me and the hotel affiliation definitely saved money on the rate.

The hotel provides coffee and tea facilities. complimentary water in every room. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are also provided! a clothes steamer is available too. How awesome is that?

My room on the 11th floor was super clean, i was really impressed! a safe is in the room, which gave me peace of mind. the bed was comfy. I slept so well!
